The Charles apartment is an apartment of bow (front of the boat) situated at the right of the footbridge halfway from the front of the boat. It is equipped with a sliding door as the entrance covering the whole of the office. The Charles room is equipped with a computerized network of 100 MB and multiple plugs on both sides of the wall. Six turn and tilt windows, a light well and the two flapping doors distribute light across the room.
It connects with the room FRANCOIS which is of a similar size.

By the iron spiral stairs and an entrance done the French way, we can reach the lower offices and the bathroom. The corridor ANDRE allows the access of the different offices and other rooms.

The HELENE office is also located near the stairway. This office is equipped with built in cupboards. The network of 100 MB, electrical plugs direct and control this room. The floor surface is carpeted, the walls are wood paneled, a corner fireplace is also included in this office. It has a porthole opening on the quay.

Half a well of light and one porthole window give direct light into the room

The MARTINE bathroom is situated at the end of the corridor with an English submarine door and equipped of a round shaped Jacuzzi seating three(and a skylight made of glass and wood), a hydrotherapy jet shower, two bathroom sinks and towel holders, glass holders, and a two seated cedar sauna with a porthole window opening on each side of the sauna. A toilet is also included in the module.

The whole of the apartment is covered by a private outdoor terrace situated on the roof which can be accessed by an iron stairway. Another private terrace is situated at the bow of the barge.
